Breast Lift Risks and Complications
Despite being a generally safe procedure, mastopexy - breastlift can cause blood clots, uneven breast size or form, bleeding, infection, seroma or hematoma, scars, poor incision healing, loss of breast or nipple sensation, and the need for revision surgery.
Bleeding is uncommon.

It is rare to get infected.
